ABOUT ME

I’ve spent my career working inside creativity - bringing people together around ideas, building relationships, listening closely and mentoring generously. I make connections that others don’t always see, and I create the conditions for magic to happen.

I’ve been a part of growing and running creative businesses from the inside out - including co-building Psyop: a world-class creative studio operating at the intersection of art, storytelling, design and technology. Along the way, I learned what it actually takes to build something meaningful - not just creatively, but humanly. How people work together. How decisions get made. Where friction appears. How potential gets unlocked. 

What has become increasingly clear to me is this: everyone is creative, and everyone has potential. When things feel off, talent isn’t usually the issue. Alignment is - with themselves, with others, or with what matters most.

Whether I’m leading and managing people, executive producing, or drawing on my last six years of coaching training and experience, my work now is about helping people, teams, and creative businesses reconnect with that alignment. It’s about helping to surface what’s already there, remove what’s in the way, and translating insight into forward momentum.

I don’t believe in fixing people, prescribing answers, or imposing systems. I believe in creating the conditions for honest reflection, deeper self-understanding, and better choices. Because when strengths, values, and patterns are clear, progress tends to follow naturally and sustainably.
